Rosemary Oil & Vinegar Bread Dip

It truly doesn’t get any easier than this! All it takes is a few minutes to toss this silky-smooth appetizer together alongside a loaf of crispy toast with a golden-brown glow. This is light and sets the tone for a glamorous evening, even if you are just enjoying while wearing cozy sweatpants in the comfort of home!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • about 1 loaf of your favorite bread

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients.

  2. Transfer it to a serving platter or bowl with a slight edge to it so the dip doesn’t slip off the sides.

  3. Toast your favorite bread. I love setting mine from Base Culture in the airfryer on 400°F for 1 minute and spreading them with ghee!

  4. Dip the toast in the prepared dip and enjoy!

Notes:

  • I love using any leftover dip as a salad dressing!
