Apple Cider Refresher

I’ll admit, while I love pumpkin flavors, it’s refreshing to explore other fall flavors. This chic drink includes chilled apple cider swirled with fresh citrus notes. If you’re feeling extra cozy, add that cinnamon sugar rim and never look back! I’m a not-too-sweet gal myself, but this was the perfect compliment to every sip. Enjoy all fall and sip like no one’s watching throughout the whole year, I won’t judge you in the slightest for it!

Ingredients:

  • half of an apple, sliced

  • half of a lemon’s fresh juice

  • 3 tbsp fresh orange juice

  • 4 cups apple cider

  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • ice

  • cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions:

  1. In your jar of choice, add the apple slices, and lemon & orange juices. Pour the apple cider over the top.

  2. Seal the lid and store this mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let it chill and for the flavors to be incorporated.

  3. Grab your serving glass of choice and coat part of the rim with lemon/orange juice. Combine the coconut sugar and cinnamon and transfer to a flat surface. Roll the coated rim in the cinnamon sugar so it’ll stick.

  4. Add the amount of ice you prefer, then pour the apple cider mixture over the top. Add a cinnamon stick, if desired, and enjoy!

  5. Store leftovers in the sealed jar in the fridge and enjoy within 10 days for best results.
