Peanut Butter Chip Smoothie

Calling all peanut butter lovers! This can double as post-workout fuel and aid in balancing your blood sugar for the day. Enjoy every sip of this delectable, dessert-like smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs or unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Add the milk, protein, banana, peanut butter, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pulse in the cacao nibs/chocolate chips for 3-10 seconds at a time for about 30 seconds total.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
