Coconut Caramel Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee*

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

  • avocado half

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Soak your dates in a small bowl or cup of hot water for about 10 minutes so they soften up.

  2. Add everything to a blender, except the ice, and blend until smooth.

  3. Toss in the ice and blend. Pulse for a few seconds at a time at the end to make sure no chunks remain.

  4. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy every sip!
