Creamy Tahini Dressing

This dressing is made for… everything, dare I say. It’s dairy-free and made with a simple handful of ingredients. Drizzle it on kale, dip into with french fries or generously douse roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • juice of 1-2 lemon(s)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp italian herbs

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small jar.

  2. Tighten the lid and shake well to mix everything together or use a whisk.

  3. Seal the lid again and store leftovers, if any, in the fridge for up to 10 days for best results.
