Garlic Hummus

Give homemade hummus a golden glow! This dairy-free dip is oh so savory, and made with merely six ingredients. This simplicity makes it the perfect pair with fresh, crisp sliced veggies and crunchy crackers, and as a smooth base for an avocado toast brunch!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 can/1 + 3/4 cup chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to an airtight container, or enjoy right away. Let the hummus chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes prior to serving for best results. Enjoy with sliced veggies, crackers, and on toast!
