Creamy Coconut Vanilla Chai Oats
This one has it all! An easy, overnight breakfast, brunch, or high-protein snack to keep your blood sugar from spiking. These oats are loaded with healthy fats that introduce lush, silky flavors for you to enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats 
- 3 tbsp chia seeds 
- 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded 
- 1 tbsp tahini 
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 
- 1 tsp chai spice (make your own here!) 
- 1 cup coconut milk* 
Directions:
- Add all of the dry ingredients to a glass jar. Pour the coconut milk over the top. 
- Whisk well so that all of the ingredients become incorporated with one another. 
- Store sealed in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight and enjoy! 
Notes:
- You can substitute coconut milk for coconut cream for a richer, thicker result.
