PB & J Smoothie
Transforming this childhood classic into a delicious drink couldn’t be easier! No added sugars and it’s perfect post-workout since this is packed with filling protein. Just four main ingredients, and an easy breakfast or sweet snack is ready to sip on!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened (almond) milk
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 scoop salted caramel or vanilla protein
1 cup ice
cacao nibs, for garnish (if desired)
Directions:
Toss the berries, milk, peanut butter, and protein in a blender.
Blend until no chunks remain, then pulse in the ice until your desired consistency is reached.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Notes:
Strawberries can be subbed for raspberries, or you can use a mixture of the two.
