PB & J Smoothie

Transforming this childhood classic into a delicious drink couldn’t be easier! No added sugars and it’s perfect post-workout since this is packed with filling protein. Just four main ingredients, and an easy breakfast or sweet snack is ready to sip on!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic raspberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened (almond) milk

  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1 scoop salted caramel or vanilla protein

  • 1 cup ice

  • cacao nibs, for garnish (if desired)

Directions:

  1. Toss the berries, milk, peanut butter, and protein in a blender.

  2. Blend until no chunks remain, then pulse in the ice until your desired consistency is reached.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Strawberries can be subbed for raspberries, or you can use a mixture of the two.
