Salty Coffee Shake

This shake is unbeatable! It resembles a beloved Wendy’s frosty… an integral part of my childhood! Now, with better-for-you ingredients, it can serve as a post-workout or midday pick-me-up that’s both filling and fueling. Enjoy this decadent, dessert-esque shake in no time, and skip the drive-thru lines!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee

  • 1/2-1 ripe banana

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 2 scoops (chocolate) collagen peptides (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

  • 1/2-1 tsp pink or sea salt

  • 1.5 cups ice

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into your glass of choice and enjoy!
