Blackberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
For those in need of some brunch inspo: I’ve got you covered! Every ingredient is wholesome, and blends together to create a berry-filled bowlful to start your days strong. This makes for a great post-workout meal to both refresh and replenish, too. Make this with one blend, sprinkle on your favorite toppings, and enjoy a blissful brunch right away!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened milk
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/3-1/2 frozen banana
handful of organic spinach
1-2 scoops collagen peptides (totally optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1.5 cups ice
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl of your choosing. If you have the time, I recommend sticking this in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to solidify that ideal, thick texture.
Top with your favorites! I topped mine off with almond butter, bee pollen, unsweetened coconut, and fresh blackberries.
