Chia Seed Pudding
Introducing the easiest thing that triples as a breakfast, snack, or dessert! You can choose any toppings for this, ranging from creamy drizzles of nut butter to shaved dark chocolate. Set aside less than 5 minutes to make this, and you’ll have a filling, nourishing pick-me-up ready to enjoy before you know it!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened (dairy-free) milk
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp camu camu powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
Directions:
In a large, glass jar, pour in all of the ingredients.
Secure the lid, then shake everything vigorously. Store the jar in the fridge for at least 3 hours so the pudding can thicken.
Top with organic berries, cacao nibs, nut butter, or whatever you’re craving, and enjoy throughout the week!
