Chicken Feta Burgers

Bring ease into your lunches and dinners by making these chicken burgers. They’re ready in 20 minutes and store so well in the fridge or freezer. They hold the creaminess of crumbled feta and herby notes from fresh cilantro. Simple but effective in bringing flavor and nourishing ingredients to the table!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound organic ground chicken

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup diced red onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh jalapeño, diced (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Fold the feta in at the end.

  2. Form the mixture into about four or five patties.

  3. Either grill them or cook in a skillet over low-medium heat, covered for about 6 minutes per side.

  4. Add your desired toppings at the end then enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container and eat within 10 days for best results.
