Spicy Chicken Marinade
We’ve all probably heard the upcoming phrase, but I feel the need to say it again: it doesn’t get easier than this! Carve out a few minutes when you’re feeling stuck on what to eat in the upcoming days, or know you won’t be in the mood to cook elaborate meals from scratch. This spicy chicken lies on about a mild-medium heat index so is suited for most, if not all, spice lovers! Once cooked, serve the final product in tacos, chicken salad, omelettes— the list goes on and on!
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of organic chicken
1/4 cup avocado oil
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp pink salt
Directions:
Place the chicken in a container of your choice (ideally one where the pieces don’t lay on top of one another). Pour in the remaining ingredients.
Secure the lid on the container and shake it vigorously, until everything’s mixed up.
Store it in the fridge for 2-24 hours before cooking and serving to your liking. Enjoy!
