Citrus Ginger Immunity Shots

Make a fresh batch of these immunity shots to get through the bouts of sick season! Arm your immune system with these tart refreshers. Made entirely with fresh fruits, spices, cleansing vinegar, and water to thin. They have a thicker texture like a creamy smoothie would, and are packed with healing, anti-inflammatory benefits!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar

  • 4 lemons

  • 2 oranges

  • 3 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh or ground

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth then filter through a fine strainer.

  3. Store in a large jar in the fridge for up to one week for best results.

Notes:

  • If you want it to be thinner, add 1-2 cups of water incrementally after straining until you reach your desired consistency.
