Chai Spice Mix

Introducing the perfect addition to your morning latte, yogurt bowl, cookie dough, you name it! The five, simple spices are simply thrown together in about one minute, saving both time and money. This mix is something I never knew I needed and I bet you will agree with me on that. It is oh so comforting and perfect for the colder, fall and winter months. Although, having chai smoothies all year round sounds pretty amazing to me!

Ingredients:

  • 8 tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tsp ginger

  • 2 tsp cardamom

  • 2 tsp cloves

  • 2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all of the spices.

  2. Transfer to a jar and sprinkle in and on anything you chose!

Notes:

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level, to suit your taste buds! I added extra cinnamon to provide a sweeter taste. However, you may like more ginger + nutmeg, for a stronger kick.
