Ingredients:

  • 8-10 carrots

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp seasonings of choice

    • garlic + herb: garlic powder + onion powder, oregano, parsley

    • spicy recommendations: cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Peel, then cut carrots in half both ways, then once more vertically for each piece, transferring to a bowl as you go.

  3. Pour the oil and sprinkle the seasonings into the bowl.

  4. Stir until everything is coated well.

  5. Place on prepared baking sheet, with a little space in between each.

  6. Cook for 22-26 minutes, depending on desired crispness.

  7. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • For less clean-up, skip using the bowl: After cutting, transfer the carrots to the baking sheet. Then, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Flip each and repeat, for best results.

  • You can easily shrink the recipe, for an individual serving, or simply use this as meal prep!
