Spicy Tuna Seaweed Squares
Finding quick, healthy snacks can appear challenging, but can turn out quite delicious. I’ve become a big fan of Costco’s and Trader Joe’s roasted seaweed packs. Simply take under 10 minutes to add a few staples to them, and you’re ready to dig in! The light crunch pairs beautifully with the smooth, tangy tuna combination on top. This will satisfy your sushi craving in an instant, and you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home!
Ingredients:
Tuna Mixture:
1 can of tuna + water
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
Seaweed + Toppings:
6 seaweed sheets, pre-roasted
1/2 avocado, sliced or diced
1 tbsp carrots, shredded
1 tbsp red onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all tuna ingredients.
Place seaweed sheets on a plate.
Divide tuna mixture, onto each seaweed sheet.
Top with the veggies and seasonings
