Coconut Caramel Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 dates, pitted
1 cup cold brew coffee*
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
avocado half
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Soak your dates in a small bowl or cup of hot water for about 10 minutes so they soften up.
Add everything to a blender, except the ice, and blend until smooth.
Toss in the ice and blend. Pulse for a few seconds at a time at the end to make sure no chunks remain.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy every sip!
