Fresh Lemonade

When life gives you lemons, make FRESH lemonade! Only 3 ingredients come together to make this perfect mix of sweet and sour, simply refreshing drink to keep you cool on those hot, summer days. Family and friends will sip like no one is watching, and they’ll never even know how healthy it is! If you need me, I’ll be drinking a tall glass of this, as I lay out in the sun all summer long.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups lemon juice, freshly juiced

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 - 3 tbsp honey/a few drops of liquid stevia

Directions:

  1. Juice all lemons.

  2. Stir in water and sweetener of choice, to taste.

  3. Serve over ice.

  4. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • I used seven, large lemons to make enough, freshly-squeezed juice.
