Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte

This refreshing drink might become part of your regular coffee rotation if you’re not careful! It all comes together in minutes and has a bittersweet edge that makes it hard to set your glass down. Between the powerhouse of (manuka) honey and sweet cinnamon, this iced latte makes it easy for everyone to love! With a handful of staple ingredients, you can create this drink in your kitchen without having to go through a drive-thru line and leave the comfort of home, which is a huge bonus if you ask me!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (this adaptogenic kind is my favorite!)

  • 1 cup boiling hot water

  • 1 tbsp (manuka) honey

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1-2 scoop(s) collagen (optional)

  • 1/4 cup ice (bonus points for coffee ice cubes!)

Directions:

  1. Prepare your coffee by mixing the instant coffee grounds with the boiling water.

  2. Coat the back of a spoon with honey and use this to scrape the inside of your glass of choice with it.

  3. I highly recommend using a handheld frother, immersion blender, or hand mixer to froth your milk and cinnamon together to give it that added density and foam on top! To make it extra frothy and for a wellness boost, feel free to add a scoop or two of collagen to the milk and froth this in as well to get rid of any clumps.

  4. Slowly pour the cinnamon milk into your glass, add the ice cubes, stir, and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Substitute cold brew for the instant coffee if you prefer this.
