Peaches & Cream Smoothie

Sip on this refreshing summer smoothie when you’re craving something not too sweet. Each sip is packed with protein and fiber thanks to the hearty superfoods like avocado that also adds to the ultra-creamy texture. Enjoy this post-workout or even as a midday pick-me-up to help you meet your protein intake goals!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/3 frozen banana

  • avocado half

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, or milk of choice

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp (ceylon) cinnamon

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, except the water, and blend until smooth.

  2. Toss in the ice and blend until smooth once more.

  3. Pour into your desired glass and enjoy!
