Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Sip on summer with this iconic smoothie flavor that’s come to fruition in a whole new way! Each ingredient packs in a nourishing punch, leaving you with a balanced, post-workout meal or a snack to drink under the sun. All it takes is three simple steps, and a few short minutes, allowing much more time for enjoying every last drop, even if you need to take it to your next meeting or to run errands around town. Enjoy this drink with ease in every way!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi (the gold ones are my favorite fruit of all time!)

  • 1/2 of a medium-sized, ripe avocado

  • 2 cups organic spinach

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup organic strawberries

  • 2-3 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (freshly-grated or ground)

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2-3/4 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add all of the ingredients, except for the ice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add in the ice, and use the pulse button to mix it in while keeping the texture thick and creamy.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass, grab a reusable straw, and enjoy!
