All of the simple, dairy-free ingredients turn into a crowd-pleaser before just fifteen minutes are up. Once the seasonings and such are mixed, the crockpot does the finishing touch for you. Perfect for a homey holiday get-together, or to have on hand to easily amp up anything served on a plate!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1 cup (dairy-free) cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup goat cheese*

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast/parmesan*

  • 2 tbsp rosemary

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a small crockpot, stir all of the ingredients together, saving the spices for last.

  2. Cover and let cook on high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Enjoy right away! Keep on low to maintain the warmth or store it in the fridge first to serve chilled.

  4. Store leftovers, if any, in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.

Notes:

  • Feel free to use any cheese(s), as long as it all adds up to 1 cup total!
