Crockpot Pumpkin Cheese Dip
This warm, creamy snack, appetizer, and spread is all anyone needs! It’s great for scooping up or smearing on a slice of fresh, crispy toast. All of the simple, dairy-free ingredients turn into a crowd-pleaser before just fifteen minutes are up. Once the seasonings and such are mixed, the crockpot does the finishing touch for you. Perfect for a homey holiday get-together, or to have on hand to easily amp up anything served on a plate!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée 
- 1 cup (dairy-free) cream cheese 
- 1/2 cup goat cheese* 
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast/parmesan* 
- 2 tbsp rosemary 
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional) 
Directions:
- In a small crockpot, stir all of the ingredients together, saving the spices for last. 
- Cover and let cook on high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- Enjoy right away! Keep on low to maintain the warmth or store it in the fridge first to serve chilled. 
- Store leftovers, if any, in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. 
Notes:
