Orange Herb Vinaigrette

Introducing my salad and nourish bowl savior! I am prone to adding a finishing drizzle of olive oil and splash of vinegar to my meals. Having this dressing prepped takes things up a notch in the best of ways. There are tart notes of orange citrus paired with the silkiness of olive oil and bite of fresh ginger. You can even marinade salmon in this and have each bite elevated!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup orange juice, added-sugar free

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 shallot

  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

Directions:

  1. Peel and mince the shallot and ginger and chop up the cilantro. Toss all of the ingredients in a small-medium bowl.

  2. Whisk everything together well. Enjoy right away!

  3. Store leftovers, if any, in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks for best results.
