The Best, Bold Buffalo Sauce

The spicy sauce every savory dish needs has arrived! Not only is it made in one bowl or blender, it’s truly tossed together in minutes. This saves more time for drizzling on burgers, dunking wings in, and whatever else you’re craving, just how I like it! Truly doesn’t get simpler, and saves so much time and money many of us would normally spend at the store. Let’s be real, buffalo sauce is a savory staple, and easily adds flavor to countless comfort foods!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup champagne vinegar

  • 1/4-1/2 cup (filtered) water

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp pink salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender/food processor, or bowl place all of the ingredients, except for the water, inside.

  2. Blend or mix everything until smooth (I recommend using a hand mixer (like I did!) if everything is in a bowl). Mix in half the water, then the other half if you’d like your sauce to be thinner.

  3. Drizzle/dump (live your life!) on a burger, slice of crispy toast, bed of greens as a spicy dressing, dunk cauliflower wings inside, and do whatever else you’re craving! Enjoy!

  4. Store leftovers, if any, in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to three weeks.
