Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Raise your hand if you have never eaten raw cookie dough. If you’re raising your hand, this recipe will change your life! As a kid, I would sneak downstairs to our refrigerated squares of Tollhouse cookie dough. Deep down, I knew this was wrong, but it simply tasted oh so right. It was a necessity and normality at the Stephens’ house, and some things may never change. This no bake, chocolate-stuffed treat is not just safe for consuming, it’s encouraged!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp nut/seed butter of choice, creamy

  • 1-3 tsp honey

  • 1.5 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1-1.5 tsp milk of choice

  • chocolate chips

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • flakey sea salt, for topping

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the nut butter and honey.

  2. Stir the coconut and almond flours in, until incorporated well.

  3. Gradually pour and stir the milk in, as needed.

  4. Fold the chocolate chips and any other add-ins into the mixture.

  5. Enjoy!

  6. Store leftovers, if any, in the fridge.
