Mango Lime Sorbet

This sorbet calls for 5 minutes of prep work and could not be easier to make. There are under 5 ingredients and just a hint of sweetness to balance the tart overtone. Each taste is tangy and velvety-smooth. An ideal summer pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango, frozen

  • 1 can coconut cream

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the contents into an ideally glass dish and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours to chill.

  3. Let thaw for 10-15 minutes then enjoy! Cover and store leftovers, if any, in the freezer for up to about 3 months.

Notes:

  • This is about the amount that would come from one medium-sized mango.
