Charcuterie Board
Calling all guests who love snacking, especially right before the main course! Various mixes of salted nuts, crunchy crackers, organic meats, and creamy cheeses are always so good together. I recommend taking the average snack platter up a few notches. Do so with tart apples, fresh vegetables + jam (make your own here!), and sweet olives. Simply make this array of enticing appetizers your own in minutes. Throw in some indulgent dark chocolate, and everyone is bound to gravitate towards your board for seconds, even thirds! P.S. snacking as you go is highly acceptable!
Ingredients:
dark chocolate
goat’s milk cheddar style cheese
hummus
jam of choice (make your own here!)
kalamata olives
manchego cheese
pickles
raw walnuts
red apples
rosemary sprigs
salted peanuts
sliced bell peppers
Other Add-ons:
carrot chips/sticks
nut butters
olive tapenade
pineapple
pretzels
prosciutto
salami
Directions:
Slice everything as desired.
Display on a flat dish, board, platter, truly anything.
