Shredded Cabbage Slaw (Mayo-Free!)
Calling all mayo haters! This slaw is for YOU. With just six ingredients, you can create a staple in your diet, full of fiber, polyphenols, and flavor. There’s tang and zest and crunch in every bite. Serve it up on a juicy burger, sandwich, salad, or on the side of a grilled dinner!
Ingredients:
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
3 tbsp scallions, diced
Dressing:
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of one lime
Directions:
Start by making the dressing by whisking all four ingredients together until well-incorporated.
Pour this over the shredded cabbage and mix well here. Garnish with the scallions.
