Caramel Apple Smoothie

This drink is not only delicious, but also refreshing. It puts a healthy twist on the classic, nostalgic treat from childhood! There’s no added sugar, but this truly tastes like a smooth, sweet dream. Perfect for a midday snack to satisfy your sweet tooth or a light meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 organic red apple, diced

  • 1 medjool date, pitted

  • 1 tsp-1/2 tbsp date syrup (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used this!)

  • 2.5 cups ice

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add all of the ingredients except for the ice. Blend until everything is well-incorporated.

  2. Add the ice and pulse it in until a smooth consistency is formed.

  3. Pour into your glass of choice, grab a reusable straw, and enjoy!
