Raspberry Lime Mocktail

I know I’m biased, but this is truly the best mocktail I have ever had! Mashed, juicy raspberries make every sip subtly sweet. To add onto the spring and summer idealism, fresh squeezes of lime juice bring out a tasty, tart side to it all. Grab your favorite glass(es) and set aside merely a few minutes to create this cooling drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4+ cup organic raspberries

  • 4-6 ice cubes

  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 can raspberry lime sparkling water (I used this!)

  • lime wedges (optional)

Directions:

  1. Grab your favorite glass and a (wooden) muddler. Place the raspberries in the bottom of the glass, and add more than the 1/4 cup, if desired. Use the muddler to mash the raspberries, until smoothed to your desired consistency.

  2. Add the ice cubes, then squeeze the lime juice on top of the raspberries.

  3. Pour the sparkling water to, or just under, the brim of the glass. Add a few lime wedges on the edge of the glass and/or submerge them in the drink.

  4. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • If you don’t end up using the whole can of sparkling water, you can simply pour more of it into your glass as you reach the bottom and near the settled raspberries until it runs out!
