Vanilla Protein Milkshake
This cool drink is the ideal post-workout fuel or even midday sweet treat. It is so simple, with just five ingredients and a blender or food processor involved, Do not let it fool you, this turns out so addictively creamy, with a refreshing sweetness and completely hidden boost of immunity! Take just a few, quick minutes out of a warm or cool + cozy day to get an extra scoop of protein in, as needed. Might as well double or even triple this beverage because I guarantee you and the fam will be begging for more!
Notes:
To keep the shake from melting faster, place your cup of choice in the freezer in advance. I do so while I make my smoothies, shakes, even iced coffees!
