Easy, Creamy Ranch

Serve and eat this as a dressing, dip, or spread! Although buffalo cauliflower wings and carrot fries are delicious on their own, they could use something extra. This is so creamy and excludes all the excess, inflammatory oils found in most purchasable kinds. All you need for this is a few staples, plus herb seasonings to compliment them all. Easy to whip up at the last-minute too, yet no one at the table would ever guess it’s dairy-free!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp (avocado oil) mayo

  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • water, to thin

  • 1 tbsp black pepper, preferably freshly ground

  • 1 tsp oregano, dried

  • 1 tsp parsley flakes

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper/paprika (optional)

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl or container, combine the mayo and evoo.

  2. Gradually add water, until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Stir all seasonings in.

  4. Use to dress, dip, and spread!

  5. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container, and give it a friendly stir before reusing.

Notes:

  • My favorite avocado oil mayo’s are from Primal Kitchen and Chosen Foods.

  • Feel free to add more seasonings and spiciness, to taste.

  • For an added kick, use hot sauce, instead of water!
