Lemon Tahini Dip and Dressing

The nutty, smooth, and slightly tangy taste in each bite is oh so tasty. Pair with crunchy crackers, spread onto a burger, and drizzle over a bed of heart-healthy greens, simply can’t go wrong. Using it as a base, as opposed to a topping, is also understandable and warmly welcomed! Easily take a few minutes to combine the six, fresh ingredients, and this flavorful side is ready to be served with anything savory!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1 lemon’s juice, fresh

  • 2 tbsp evoo

  • 1/2 tbsp parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground

  • water, to thin

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, evoo, and both seasonings.

  2. Use the water to thin until a desired consistency is reached.

  3. Serve right away!

  4. Store leftovers, if any, in an air-tight container in the fridge

Notes:

  • Feel free to sub cashew butter, for the tahini.
