2-Ingredient Freezer Fudge

I can speak for many when I say I live off fudge, during the holidays. This will transport you there, and even make you crave it year-round. It has a rich and thick consistency, which melts in your mouth. Grab some chocolate and your favorite nut or seed butter, and you’re off to a great start already!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chocolate

  • 1/2 cup any nut/seed butter

Directions:

  1. Line a small, freezer-safe, dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a small saucepan, pour in the chocolate and nut butter.

  3. Turn the stove to low-medium heat.

  4. Stir constantly, until fully-melted together.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.

  6. Sprinkle any cacao nibs, nuts, or sea salt on top, if desired.

  7. Place dish in the freezer, for about 20 minutes, or until fully hardened.

  8. Remove fudge from the freezer, carefully lift the parchment paper up and out.

  9. Using a large chef’s knife, slice the fudge into squares.

  10. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • A combination of nut/seed butters is perfectly okay!

  • Feel free to use a variety of chips, whether dark, white, milk, or butterscotch!
